This course will focus on functional tableware and dinnerware with an emphasis on bowls and plates. Whether you are perfecting your throwing techniques or experimenting with forms, this course will equip you with the essential skills. We offer a structured yet flexible approach so you can master pottery at your own pace.
Learning Objectives:
To learn fundamental skills in tableware forming in terms of shaping, proportion and design. To build up a harmonious dinnerware collection that balances artistry with everyday use.
Lesson Breakdown:
10 Lessons X 2.5 hours each
Lesson 1 to 4 – Throwing Bowls and shaping, trimming and refining
Lesson 5 – Glazing
Lesson 6 to 9 – Throwing Plates and shaping, trimming and refining
Lesson 10 – Final round of glazing & finishing touches
Minimum age for enrollment: 10 years old

Course Validity:
16 weeks from payment date (Extension packages are available for those who require more time @ $40 for 4 additional weeks)
Weekly Class Schedule:
Wednesdays | 7pm to 9.30pm
Saturdays | 10am to 12.30pm and 1.30pm to 4pm
Choose your class dates as flexibly as your schedule allows and book via our class portal. Bookings closes 24 hours in advance. Booking access will be given to you upon course purchase.
